At Eat Move Breathe Wellness, we are driven by the belief that true well-being encompasses physical, mental, and emotional health. Did you know that poor mental health can hold back your physical health? It is our goal to help improve physical and mental health by coaching our members through exercise, breathwork and diet techniques that leave them feeling freer and more in control of their lives and lifestyle.

Eat
Work with a Dietitian to change the way you think about food, what you eat and how you eat. Learn to love food again and form habits that let you enjoy food while also meeting your nutrition goals.
Move
Learn the benefits of functional movement through calisthenics. Work with personal trainers and exercise professionals to seamlessly incorporate movement into your daily routine and meet your fitness goals.
Breathe
Breathwork is the basis of health and wellbeing. Work with our Breathwork Coach to learn how your breathing habits may be hindering you from meeting your wellness goals. Learn simple breathwork techniques that you can implement as needed in your daily life.
